In November 2021, we removed a massive sequoia tree in Dunsmuir, CA. This job required careful planning and precision due to the tight drop zone, nearby high-voltage power lines, and no room for heavy equipment—meaning the entire removal had to be done by hand.

To ensure safety, we coordinated with Pacific Power to install protective plastic insulators over the power lines. The tree needed to come down because it was leaning dangerously toward the home and neighboring properties. Additionally, its stump was cracking the city sidewalk, causing structural damage.

While it’s always tough to remove such a beautiful tree, safety had to come first. Thanks to careful execution and our experienced team, we completed the job smoothly and safely.
